Where We Ship
Theordiinarys ships to:
- United States: Contiguous 48 states only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands), or military APO/FPO addresses.
- Canada: All provinces except territories (Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Yukon).
We do not ship to any other international destinations.
Shipping Cost
Free standard shipping on all orders to both the US and Canada. No hidden fees, no restocking fees.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Business days: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Eastern Time.
Weekends and US/Canadian federal holidays are excluded.
Delivery Time (after processing)
- United States: 3–5 business days
- Canada: 4–6 business days
These are estimates provided by carriers. Actual delivery may vary due to customs clearance (for Canada), weather, or peak seasons.
Carriers
We work with a variety of reputable carriers (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx, Canada Post, or regional couriers). Carrier selection depends on package size, weight, and destination. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.
Order Tracking
A shipping confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent when your order is dispatched.
Customs, Duties & Taxes (Canada only)
For orders shipped to Canada, you may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and taxes levied by the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA). These charges are your sole responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. Please contact your local customs office for rate estimates.
Wrong Address
Please verify your shipping address before placing an order. If a package is returned by the carrier due to an incorrect address provided by you, we will contact you to arrange reshipment at your cost.
Lost or Damaged Packages

FTC & Canadian Consumer Protection
- US orders: The FTC Mail Order Rule applies. If we cannot ship within the promised timeframe, you may cancel for a full monetary refund.
- Canadian orders: Your purchase is protected by applicable provincial consumer protection laws (e.g., Ontario’s Consumer Protection Act, Quebec’s Consumer Protection Act).
